The pride of our academy are our saints. This gives us the reason to continue. From St. Philaret of Moscow and St. Theopan the Recluse till St. Tikhon of Moscow and St. John of Kronstadt our forerunners enlighten the path on which we must go.
We must have the courage to learn about them, to learn from them and to follow them.

In the following photos you can see candid shots from the feast of the Holy Founders at Vatopaidi. There were three archbishops: Joel of Edessa, Ambrose of Peterhof, dean of St. Petersburg’s Theological Academy, and Philaret of Lvov and Galicia. At the feast Elder Ambrose, the Abbot of Monastery of Zographouwas was present also.
