Don’t ruin a good today by thinking too much about a bad yesterday. Let it go. It is water under the bridge. So, let your past make you better, not bitter, because — in fact, the only person standing in your way is you. As St. John Chrysostom said: “No one can harm John except John”.

We should have the flexibility of the humble ones.
