How to manage anger

Being made in God’s image, we can be corrected and guided much better through love, patience and understanding than through anger, contention and hate.
The first victory against anger is to remain silent when you’re angry. After the wave of anger passes and the eye of the mind is once again clear,  you’ll see properly again and then can give explanations. And you’ll see that in vast majority of cases there is no need of any explanations because the things will have sorted themselves out on their own.
