He was despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Based on Isaiah 53:3

In these photos you can see candid shots from the feast held on the name day of Abbot Ephraim.

All the archbishops present at the feast declined to serve the Divine Liturgy, leaving this honor to the Abbot.

    Thanks a lot for these wonderful photos which contain divine messages.

    May The Very Reverend Abbot Ephraim of Vatopaidi be always the Best Spiritual Father, like God for All Fathers of Vatopaidi!

    Could you please help us with the following questions: How is it for a Spiritual Father to hear sins of people (not Fathers), who, although don’t like, repeat their sins after the confession? How are these people in front of God?
